DUNKABILITY FACTOR
The term "Dunkability" refers to the ability of a biscuit to take a good dunking in a hot beverage.
We test each biscuit in a hot mug of Tea.Each biscuit is emersed into the beverage and dunked in and out, this process is timed and the point at which the biscuit is close to breaking and sinking to the bottom of the mug is referred to as its maximum point of dunkability.
We advise all concerned never to take a biscuit past its maximum dunkability, you have been warned.

TASTE
We taste each biscuit, giving it a star grade
* A foul biscuit, dont even give these to your dog.
**In a relationship, need a break these could help to avoid the "we can still be friends" speech. Hand em over..
***Not bad, not bad share these with your friends, cos when there gone you can go get some better ones
**** A good biscuit here...hide these in your cupboard, far to good for the biscuit barrel.
***** Not so much a biscuit, more of a dessert... buy lots of these and hide them in the loft. such miracles dont happen that often.
